The services provided for this contract overall include the development of a participative development plan for the national portion of the Niger basin which will serve as a tool for planning actions for the development and development of natural resources By respecting on the one hand the principles of integrated water resources management (GIRE) and on the other hand consistency with existing planning tools in the Niger Basin.
