The services of the engineer-advisor include: (a) assistance to the recruitment of the two contracting companies for the construction of the hybrid ministerral and the electrical network (validation of studies including those environmental and social, development of the DAO, launch of call for tenders & contractualization); (b) Control and monitoring of construction works for the mini-green (solar) mini-network cluster, including the hybrid minicentral and the electrification electrical network of the 12 rural localities including electrical connections; (c) skills transfer and capacity building through training including that of young Nigerian graduates; (d) Monitoring the implementation of environmental and social management plans of sites and all other specific plans drawn up by works companies.
