The subject of the public contract is the development of urban areas in Plavž, which also includes the development of Friendship Square (development of urban areas in Plavž) on an area of ​​approx. 2, 500 m2. As part of the investment: - modern public urban areas are arranged, - economic public infrastructure is arranged and renovated, - the so-calledpainting of surfaces, - carries out landscaping, - installs urban equipment and - carries out traffic regulation of the area. The subject of the public procurement is carried out in two phases, with the implementation of the 1st phase of the arrangement of the urban areas between the shop and the pharmacy planned for by 31 May 2024 at the latest, the implementation of the 2nd phase, which includesand the rest of the area by August 31, 2024 at the latest.
