Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A-24-Q-0023, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339950 - Sign Manufacturing, a small business size standard of 500 EMP. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03801. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
The New Hampshire Air National Guard requires the following item:
CLIN 0001: Double Sided LED Display (QTY= 1 EA)
-Double Sided LED Display
-Displays must be as close to 8 ft X 4ft as possible.
-Displays must use 120v connection no more than 1250 watts
-Displays must be programmable for different messages/graphics
-Displays must be able to be connected to a wireless or wired network via WiFi or Ethernet connection.
CLIN 0002: Installation (QTY = 1 EA)
-Installation of the double sided LED Display IAW the attached SOW.
Site Visit: 28AUG24 at 10:000 a.m. at 187-183 Arboretum Dr, Newington, NH 03801.
Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days.
