1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Responsibility Center: 8713-02 / Account Code: 50203100, intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 1, 006, 250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Fry Mash and Aquatic Floater Feeds to be used in the Provincial Aquaculture Development Program of the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Province of Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 10 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
