As part of the funding in accordance with the Hospital Structural Funds Ordinance (KHSFV), funding from the European Union NextGenerationEU is used to fund funding item 4 (§ 19 Paragraph 1 No. 4) for Klinikum Kassel GmbH in the following partial lots

- Lot 1: Interoperability Platform (hereinafter: IOP )

- Go2: Decision support system (hereinafter: CDSS)

tendered in a negotiated procedure with participation competition in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 3 No. 3 VgV.

Interoperability platform IOP

LOS (1) IOP: The subject of the procedure is the delivery and introduction of an interoperability platform in allen facilities of the client. - Establishing operational readiness of the entire system at all of the client's relevant locations by setting up, installing, customizing and integrating all system components. The interoperability platform must have international semantic andsupport syntactic standards/protocols such as HL7 (Health Level Seven), DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) and FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources). The integration follows the IHE standard. The Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) standard defiestablishes a range of integration profiles that promote interoperable solutions for health information exchange.
