Description

Fuel Storage Tanks This is a Sources Sought announcement for acquisition planning purposes and no formal solicitation for this requirement exists at this time. All businesses, regardless of size; capable of providing these items are invited to respond to this announcement and submit a capability statement for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine a firm's previous experience performing similar work. The capability statements will be reviewed and used to determine an appropriate procurement strategy, in particular whether a set-aside is warranted or an alternate procurement strategy. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for information solicited. Proposed Project The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, has a requirement to purchase two 3000-gallon aboveground fuel storage tanks. Two fully functional and safe 3000 Gallon Aboveground Fuel Storage Tanks with the minimum characteristics of each:1. Minimum capacity of 3000 gallons of diesel fuel.2. Constructed to meet UL-142 compliance standards.3. Double wall secondary containment construction.4. Interstitial space monitoring point with dipstick.5. Equipped with overfill protection device.6. All required statutory signage and markings for diesel storage.7. Designed based on an 8' ISO style cube shipping container footprint for ease of lifting and transport.8. Built in access ladder and platform with handrail system.9. Bunded pump bay with lockable doors with dust seals.10. 110-volt, 40 gallon per minute product pump.11. 100 feet of 1 inch hose on self-retracting hose reel and auto-shutoff fuel nozzle.12.
