DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, located in Mariposa County, California, has a requirement for monitoring, reporting and maintenance services for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award task order contract for Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) at multiple locations in and near the park.The work of this contract consists of monthly monitoring, reporting and maintenance service of eight (8) fuel storage tanks, piping, dispensing facilities, monitoring equipment, alarms, and ancillary equipment. These facilities currently consist of two (2) aboveground storage tanks (AST) and six (6) underground storage tanks (UST). See attached scope of work for further details. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-03 (effective February 23, 2024). The solicitation number is 140P8524Q0039 and is issued as a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items contract. The performance period includes a one-year base and four one-year options. This solicitation is for full and open competition and not limited to small business set aside entities.
