This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) seeks to procure approximately 30 brand new Full-Service Cash Handling & Payment Kiosks and Solution for SIGA-s seven (7) casinos. One Demo kiosk is also required for the SIGA Central Office location to complete testing/demos/training. As well as installation, training, preventative maintenance, and ongoing support, as described herein in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. SIGA will be replacing the existing terminals at all locations. The replacement will entail the supply of the terminals, installation, testing, integration, training, preventative maintenance and ongoing support.

Additional Information:
SIGA requires new Full-Service Cash Handling & Payment Kiosk Solution that are compatible and have confirmed software integration with Casino Management System suites. These multi-function kiosks shall accept new Bank of Canada polymer notes, provide ticket/multi-ticket redemption, have programable cash cassettes, and configurable bill breaking functionality. Additional optional features that include, but are limited to: ATM/ABM functionality, and conversion of Player’s Club Points to cash and/or vouchers. SIGA’s preferred bill acceptor provider is JCM. Along with the provision of hardware, SIGA will require the proponent to provide installation, testing, integration with existing systems and ongoing support including, but not limited to: training, parts, preventative maintenance, on-site technical support and 24 hour phone support.
