1. The Barangay ALILINU, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN AND 50/100 (360, 857.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FURNISHING & DELIVERY OF VARIOUS MATERIALS FOR CONTINUATION OF CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER, AT ALILINU, CAMALANIUGAN, CAGAYAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
