Description: For a deeper embedding of GaeB data exchange into the BIM applications, the documents of HA Gaeb and the GaeB xML Checker are to be optimized and the GaeB certification of the Federal Association Bautoftware E.V. (BVBS) are evaluated. For this purpose, the discrepancies between specialist documentation and schema files of Gaeb DA xML 3.3 edition 2021-05 should be identified and documented. On the other hand, test rules that go beyond a pure schematic examination are to be identified, documented in appropriate machine-readable syntax and then implemented in a stand-alone test software. In addition, the GAEB certification should be evaluated in terms of requirements from the processual view and with regard to the expansion of data exchange quality.
