Abstract: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert prospective suppliers that the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) is commencing market engagement in relation to multiple requirements across a range of services including:• Grant administration (counter-fraud, customer care, payment processing);• Digital services;• Consultancy; • Domestic energy efficiency assessments; and • Energy efficiency measure installations. DESNZ are in the early stages of designing a scheme provisionally titled the Energy Efficiency Voucher (EEV). EEV will be a three-year domestic retrofit scheme with £400m of government funding, open to homes in England. The department expects to award the contract for the scheme administrator in 2025.
