Project Description: Royal Navy Industry Engagement FY 24/25 The Royal Navy will be running a number of industry engagement events as well as publishing information notices and RFIs to industry during the FY 24/25. Please see below for current notices and their attachments. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Royal Navy Industry Engagement: Maritime Autonomous Systems and the Mine Hunting Capability (MHC) Programme - Update - 16 July 24. The Royal Navy, in collaboration with the MHC team within DE&S will host another webinar-update event on 16 July 2024 between 11:00am and 1:00pm. The aim is to provide an update on the Royal Navy`s requirements for mine countermeasures and their strategic context, followed by an update on MHC`s plans for the next phase of the RN`s successful MHC programme (Block 2) and will include the proposed timetable and opportunity-landscape for potential suppliers. This conference will be an opportunity for the Royal Navy to set out its Maritime Aviation Transformation Strategy (MATx) which describes the Fleet Air Arm`s evolution out to 2040 and beyond, then seek industry`s view on how it can be best implemented. Representatives from the RN`s Develop Directorate will brief on MATx and Strike Net, which is a critical enabler.
