1. The subject of the order is the supply of 22 electric station wagons.
2. The Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditionsparticipation in the proceedings (Article 139(1) of the Act on Public Procurement. 3. In connection with the application of the procedure under Art. 139 section 1, the Ordering Party does not require submitting with the offer the declaration referred to in Art. 125 section 1uPzp. The ordering party will require this declaration only from the contractor whose offer is the highestrated. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 points 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure.
Delivery of 22 electric vehicles for the needs of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 22 station wagons with electric drive.
2. The vehicles must be brand new, manufacturedmanufactured in 2024, model, version and variant, approved for trading, free from technical and legal defects, currently manufactured by the manufacturer.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the offer of hybrid vehicles.
4. Vehicles of the M1 category, station wagon type are required, with closed body (body codea AC), 5-door, designed to transport 5 people.
5. Vehicles must be approved in accordance with Art. 70 of the Road Traffic Act.
