Description : 1. The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (PhP 5, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract for the above-cited project.
2. The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3. Project implementation shall be completed within sixty (60) working days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), provided and subject to the installation and configuration of the Automation Tool for Testing. Please see the Technical Specifications/Terms of Reference for the detailed project milestones.
4. Bidders must have completed a contract similar to the project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
