Description : 1. The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 6, 500, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the contract for the above-cited project.
2. The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited procurement project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
3. The project shall cover supply, delivery, installation, testing, user acceptance, training, warranty, maintenance, and relative documentation of new one (1) unit of Internet Proxy Server. The IP Server unit must be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The maximum delivery period to provide/conduct the deliverables pursuant to Section F.1.a of the Terms of Reference is one hundred (100) days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
