The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for a Design and Build of a new Air Tanker Base at the BLM Grand Junction Air Center, Grand Junction, Colorado. The facility is located on leased municipal land at 2774 Landing View Lane, at the western end of the Grand Junction Regional Airport at the city of Grand Junction, Colorado. The project includes the design and construction of the following item: Air Tanker Base Building Demolition, All site work, utilities, new tank farm, new car ports, new recreational vehicle pads, and construct new air tanker base building.
