Subject of purchase: Purchase of fuel using the SMART CARD fuel card system ("LITER WALLET"). Requirements: 1. The purchase agreement is concluded on the terms of post-payment for gasoline A-95 Euro5 charged to the Customer's balance. 2. The participant must have a developed network of stationary gas stations stations (hereinafter referred to as gas stations)which has at least 25 gas stations in the city of Kyiv, and gas stations throughout the territory of Ukraine, namely at least 3 (three) gas stations in each oblast and in the regional center inclusively (except for temporarily occupied territories and areas where hostilities are taking place), in which The Participant guarantees refueling of the Customer's vehicles. (gas station povicannot be designated for refueling vehicles, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On approval of the Rules for retail trade in petroleum products" dated 12.20.1997 No. 1442). The participant must provide a list and location (location) of stationary gas stations throughout the territory of Ukraine3. Gasoline A-95 Euro5 must be dispensed at all stationary filling stations of the Participant using fuel smart cards around the clock, including Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and non-working days as required by the Customer. 4. The Participant must credit the entire ordered amount of A gasoline to the Customer's balance -95 Euro5, and storeit is free of charge for at least 12 months. 5. The Participant must provide accounting and maintenance of the card system for fuel dispensing in liters with a daily and/or monthly limit mode for each motor vehicle specified by the Customer.
