Since Marstrand's ARV is to be phased out in the long term, new transmission lines are needed to connect Marstrand with Kungaelv's more central transmission network, see document 7.2 Appendix 1 - Project area, Overview.
The assignment is a detailed design of new water and sewage pipes for the project OeFL Vaevra - Marbeach Stages 1, 2 and 3 see document 7.3 Appendix 2 Stage division.
The connection point of the transmission lines in Vaevra appears according to document 7.6 WSP appendix 1 incl. comments.
The merger lines must be terminated according to act 7.10 The milk wedge.
Kungaelv municipality has previously done two feasibility studies see hedling 7.7 Sweco - Preliminary study Marstrand OeFL and 7.9 Reijlers - Overview Waste and drinking water investigation. WSP has also done an evaluation study, see document 7.5 WSP Investigation, which the consultant must primarily take into account. However, it is the responsibility of the consultant to review the proposed wiring and cowmma with suggestions for improvement.
The consultant must also take into account and plan for the other areas' connections.
