With this award procedure, the client intends to commission a "general contractor for drilling" as described in section 1.2. General application conditions for the procurement item described in the context of a deep geothermal energy system.
Erdwaerme Gruenwald II GmbHen: Client) is a public client within the meaning of Section 99 No. 2 a) GWB with its registered office in Gruenwald in the Munich district. It plans to build a plant to extract thermal water from the Malm deep aquifer near the community of Oberhaching, south of Munich (Tiefgeothermal energy system). The heat contained in the thermal water is to be extracted in the system and used to supply district heating. The deep geothermal energy system will be built on the client's company property, which is located in the Gruenwalder Forst district in an unincorporated areais located southeast of the Laufzorn estate (north of the Roemerstrasse and west of the road to Oberhaching) (drilling site). To extract the thermal water, two hydrothermal doublets, each consisting of two boreholes, are to be sunk on the drilling site.
