Tender discription :- The project include civil and structural maintenance works such as internal and external painting, cracks repair, repair of ceilings and floorings, repair and replacement of doors and windows and renovation of toilets. In addition to new construction of pump room and guard room and supply and insulation of new car park shades. Project also cover the mechanical works such as development of water networks, replacement of water tanks and electrical works such as additional electrical power room, replacement of distribution boards, lights and all associated works. - Contract Duration 6 months.
