Description : GENERAL OVERHAULING
*Pullout Engine Motor:
- Loosen nozzle tubes, bolt and nuts of transmission, starter, alternator nuts, compressor bolts, tube clamps (upper and lower), bypass hose, nuts of engine support (left and right) and pullout belts
*Disassemble and Reassemble of Engine:
- Loosen nuts of top cover and servicing and replaced top overhaul gasket
- Loosen nuts of cylinder head, repair/servicing and replaced top overhaul gasket
- Sanding/servicing valve of engine, seat, ring and guide
- Loosen bolts and nuts and Pullout racker arm and camshaft
- Pullout pistons, liners and replaced piston, rings, liners, connecting bearing and main bearing
- Pullout oil pan and replaced gasket
- Pullout camshaft and radiator for overhaling
- Re-tighting all bolts and nuts for reassemble using torch wrench
*Other Services:
- Replaced air filter, fuel filter, oil filter. alternator belt, fan belt, bypass hose, radiator hose (upper/lower), breather hose and air cleaner hose
