The Muehlenkreiskliniken (MKK) is planning to build a new modular building at the Johannes Wesling Klinikum (JWK) to implement a clean room, under the parameters of the pharmaceutical industry. This building will be an extension of the pharmacy in the open space currently used as a parking lotbe constructed. The gross floor area of the single-storey modular building is around 200 sqm with a provisional upper cost limit of €2.9 million and the aim of commissioning in October 2025.
The following planning services are to be provided as general planning: object planning of buildings and interiors, planning of ther outdoor facilities, structural planning, specialist planning of the technical equipment, consulting services in thermal building physics, building and room acoustics and surveying.
