Quotation are invited for Generator site & installation (Mansouriyah)

1. Supply materials and equipments to Install a new protection cage and shade to provide clear space inside of (L 4.5 x W2.5 x H 2.5)m to protect the generator. The cage and shade frame structure must be made of rectangular steel section of 3"x 1.5" with 2mm thickness. The columns must be weld with seqaure end base plate (5) mm thickness the work include digging the ground and fill it with plain concrete footage of (30*30*30)cm insert it with 4 iron bolt to fix it with the end base plate of the coloumns . The shade must be galvanized corrugated sheet metal of 0.5 mm and fixed by welding and ATP screws of 1" with washers on the structure at 20 cm spacing. The wall of the shade must be composite of corrugated sheet metal and galvanized chain-link (BRC) of 5 cm opening and 4 mm wire thickness. Overlapped between sheets by at least 20 cm is necessary. The fixation of the BRC on the frame must be by combination of welding and wires. The Door (1.5m x 2m) made of the same steel sections with slide bolt lock. The door frame must be of L section steel of 1.5 " x 1.5" with 3mm thickness. The corrugated sheet metal must be fastened to the frame by welding and ATP screws of 1/2" with washers at 20 cm spacing. The door frame must be hinged to a rectangular steel frame of 4" x 2" with a thickness of 3mm. Painting the steel structure with one layer of antirust, then three layers of oil paint. the work including Cleaning all floors, existing rubble and rubbish and damaged construction materials, including transportation to dump area. According to the local council directives

2. Supply and install isolated cable (4*25) mm similar to Jordan or sweedy manaufacture to connect it from the Generator to the (Chanover Board) fix it on the wall by using metal clips ..
Note:
The work including re- arrange the electrical connection wire of the city power meter and put in inside suitable electrical board .. according to the site engineer instruction.

3. Supply and install Electrical control change-over board (100 *80 ) cm, waterproof type IP68. Install the board inside the office with all necessary components and electrical connection with the office and the generator to ensure full operation to supply electricity to the office. The board should be compatiable with generator capacity, three-phase type include, but not limitted to, all necessary insturments and devices like: contactors not less 100 A for the generator source and the seconsd for the city power source 125 A, and the third for is a (relay) 60 A for the outside generator. also supply and install acopper busbar (100A) capacity to be the out put connection between the contactors of the power city and the DRC generator, then the board should contain three phase cercuit breaker(125) A to the both DRC generator and the City power and 63 A for the outside generator.. also single phase cercuit breaker (10) A NO(3) for control on the three sources, timer, selector switch to chose between the city power phase line voltage in emergency cases, digital amper-voltage-hetiz meters, 3 lamps, (2)relays, ....etc., .with good fixeing on the wall by metal clips, the work include the connection between the three sources to the board by using terminal clips Plus any additional accessories needed to use according to the site engineer instruction.
NOTE: the work should include Auto on -off operation for the DRC Generator

4. Supply materials and equipment to connect the Fuel pipe from the fuel tank to the generator by using PPr pipes 1/2", then connect the Back fuel pipe to the fuel tank . With all fittings required According to the site engineer instruction.
Note: the work include providing fuel filter connect between the tank and the generator.

5. Supply and instill galvanized steel fuel tank 1, 8mm, 3000 liter, with suitable steel stand and all required connection valves and accessories, to the engineers instruction
