The Bremer Klinikverbund Gesundheit Nord gGmbH (GeNo) is one of the largest municipal hospital groups in Germany. The company includes the four large hospitals Bremen-Mitte, Bremen-Ost, Links der Weser and Bremen-Nord with a total of over 7, 000 employees who work annuallyI treat around 100, 000 patients as inpatients and another 150, 000 as outpatients. In July 2023, the Supervisory Board of Health North passed the resolution to reform the municipal clinics in Bremen and to increase the number of locations and the distribution of the clinics and centers withinto restructure the hospital network. As early as 2010, Gesundheit Nord laid the foundation for the restructuring of the company and its expansion into a maximum provider with the renovation and partial replacement building (TEN for short) at the Bremen-Mitte Clinic. The restructuring of health offers themht plans to reduce inpatient patient care to a total of three somatic clinic locations and to expand the Bremen-Mitte Clinic into Bremen's maximum care provider. The aim of this tender is to recruit a specialist planner for system groups 4, 5 and 6 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI, who in his department competently plans and supports the implementation of the following measure: the complete relocation of cardiology and heart surgery (and possibly other areas) from the Links der Weser Clinic to the Bremen-Mitte Clinic with a construction period requested by the client until the end...
