1. Stadtwerke Neuruppin GmbH has a district heating network that is currently only supplied with boilers and CHPs. A geothermal energy center at the Heinrich-Rau-Strasse location is to be built for decarbonization.

The permission field to be used has an area ofapprox. 13, 448, 600 m2 and is located in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district.
