1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (PhP1, 238, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 516 pcs. Multi-Line Inkjet Cartridge (Black) for Burroughs SmartSource Cheque Truncation System (Under Framework Agreement) with Project Identification Number LBP-GIBAC-FRA-GS-20240314-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
