• Installation and commissioning of the new cardlock system consisting of 3 new dispensers, one relocated dispenser, and one relocated diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) unit and associated civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.• Decommissioning and removal of the existing cardlock system after commissioning of the new cardlock system. (Existing cardlock facility is required to remain operational duringconstruction. The Contractor is required to maintain access to the normal operation of the existing cardlock facility during the construction period.)• New dispensers shall be fully commissioned, and all rough-in works completed prior to relocation of the existing dispenser and DEF unit to the new location to minimizedowntime. Downtimes shall be limited to 2 days (max.) and scheduled on dates / times acceptable to the owner.• The contractor is also required to maintain access to the new cardlock facility during decommissioning and removal of the existing facility.
