Description
SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions.

1.) 3 chamber argon purged glove box with purification unit. Oxygen and water concentrations under 1ppm. 2 Antechambers linking each working chamber together and 4 antechambers (2 large, 2 small) external
Technical evaluation criteria are as follows:
3 chamber glove boxes linked with antechambers Purification units to decrease oxygen and water concentrations below 1ppm Regeneration unit for oxygen and water filters 3- or 2-piece glove port feedthroughs per box Vacuum pumps for antechambers HEPA filters for gloveboxes Oxygen (3) and wate (3) sensors for glove box Glove box purging system Electronic control system for operation pressure Foot pedal control system for operation pressure Leak rate below 0.05 Vol%/h Flanges for electrical / gas feedthroughs (at least 4) Crating and shipping included Installation included
