The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a consultant to develop and execute either or both of the following: a comprehensive and systematic benchmarking analysis of the total compensation package (base and variable pay, health, medical and retirement benefits, leave entitlement, and other fringe benefits) for the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer (“GM/CEO”) position, including both external market-based factors and internal equity considerations, to ensure competitiveness in pay practices; and a GM/CEO Performance Assessment tool, complete with an automated and customized 360 assessment instrument to support the annual evaluation of the GM/CEO.
