Goj - I&E - 4-Year Rolling Bench Maintenance Contract 2025-2028

Inspection of 800 benches across the island, to include Timbers, checking for damage and condition, leg irons checking for steel work damage and condition of the paintwork, all fixings in timbers, and bolts anchoring the benches to the floor.

Log of all inspected benches using Government QR code affixed to each bench.

The annual refurbishment of 220 of aforementioned benches, in worst state of repair, to include cleaning down, sanding down timber slats applying two coats of stain, sanding down iron works and applying one coat of hammarite black.
