Goj - Nhf - Development Works (Phase 1 & 2) - Cost Management Advisory (Qs) Services - Rev1
For Cost Management Advisory services to support the preconstruction and construction phases of the development works on the site known as Overdale and which is the proposed location for the new Acute Hospital.
These Development Works include six (6) initial work packages to be awarded under six (6) separate NEC4 contracts as shown below.
This opportunity will see the Advisor appointed under a single NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC) to assist the Employer and the Project Manager both in the tendering and construction periods. The bidders should also note there are concurrent opportunities for a Project Manager and a Site Supervisor role.
The anticipated programme for the works is: commencement 3rd March 2025 and completion 27th February 2026
Development Works Package 1 - NEC4(awarded using the ECC Option A) -
A Contractor shall be appointed to undertake the following Works:
Design, supply and installation of the site hoardings and gates;
The removal of topsoil and vegetation along with the remaining hard standings;
