INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2024-102 (NP) Provision of Hotel Accommodation within Catbalogan, Catbalogan City

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2024 CTCIAO Fund intends to apply the sum OF Three Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P396, 500.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of August 2024 under section 53.9 of RA 9184 Small Value Procurement for Goods 2024-102 (NP) Provisions of Hotel Accommodation within Catbalogan City. Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
