INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED GOODS 2024-142 (NP) PROCUREMENT LEASE OF VENUE - HOTEL ACCOMMODATION WITHIN CATBALOGAN, CATBALOGAN CITY

The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2024 CPYDO Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱150, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration from the receipt of Notice to Proceed under section 53.9 of RA 9184 SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT for GOODS 2024-142 (NP) LEASE OF VENUE - HOTEL ACCOMMODATION WITHIN CATBALOGAN. Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
