INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT GOODS 2025-050 (NP) Provision of Hotel Accommodation within Catbalogan City
The City Government of Catbalogan, through the CY 2025 CSWDO-GAD FUND, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Pesos (₱288, 000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration from May 29-30, 2025 under Section 53.10 of RA 9184 Provision of Hotel Accommodation within Catbalogan City Goods 2025-050 (NP) Provision of Hotel Accommodation within Catbalogan City . Partial bids are not allowed and Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
