The principal objectives of this project is to enhance access to employability skills and increase access to jobs, amongst the youth in Eswatini through the integration of jobs in the Mkhondvo-Ngwavuma Water Augmentation Project (MNWAP).This will be achieved through, (i) Strengthening (Technical, Vocational, and Entrepreneurship) skills among the youth and (ii) Integrating work-based training (internship) in the MNWAP, to further provide youth with not just jobs but also competent and mentorship they need to successfully advance in their careers.
