Tender Details

The object of the contract is the granting of the right to manage and exploit the zone zoned, in accordance with the decision numbered 881/19.01.2009 of the Minister of Tourism Development (Government Gazette 35/A.A.P./30.01.2009), in order for it to operate as a Tourist Shelter in Agios Nikolao in Ormos Aigiou. Subsequently, the exploitation and use of the above zoned area was granted by the Greek State to the Municipal Port Fund of Aegis (now the Municipal Port Fund of Aegialia) (Management Agency) with the decision number 9627/22.05.2009 of the Minister of Tourism Developmentof effect (Government Gazette 276/A.A.P./15.06.2009), as amended by decision number 22925/06.11.2015 of the Deputy Minister of Economy, Development and Tourism (Government Gazette 230/A.A.P./18.11 .2015). The concession is effective from the publication of ministerial decision 9627/2009 (15.06.2009) and expires after threethe three (33) years on the corresponding date, i.e. 15.06.2042 and its duration can be extended for another decade, following a relevant request from the Management Body and adaptation of the terms of the concession to the conditions prevailing at the time. The concession automatically expires after the end of the termof its duration without requiring any action or disturbance on the part of the Ministry of Tourism Development.
