In recent years, the state capital of Munich has reorganized the management of its real estate portfolio (around 1, 500 properties with around 3, 500 buildings). The city-wide CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) project now provides the appropriate IT support for the cityFacility management (FM) business processes. The central IT component of the CAFM system is still SAP ERP 6.07 with the RE-Fx module. Processes that cannot be mapped with SAP or SAP add-ons are supported by connected non-SAP solutions. Since 2019 the RE-Fx has been with theGraphical integration of AutoCAD CAD plans in 2D is supported in production by the SAP add-on Korasoft and is therefore available to the departments. Over the last few years, many buildings have been supplemented with informative 2D floor plans. He is in charge of the department for education and sportSome time ago we began to commission architectural offices to draw up such plans for the school buildings for the near future. Likewise, parallel to productive operations, an S/4HANA transformation is running under the "digital/4finance" (d4f) program with the aim of achieving today's ER by the end of 2024P 6.07 to switch to the new product version S/4HANA.
