This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B25Q0015 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05

6-foot width
3-point lift type
Fluted 5/16” coulters *
9 - 06 series openers on 7.5” spacing
4 speed gearbox
Standard seed box
Small seed box attachment
Integrated weight brackets
T-handle opener depth adjustment
2” x 13” single press wheels
* If consideration is given to purchasing this drill from a dealer who has one in inventory to minimize the wait from having to have one made by the manufacturer, the specification on coulter type can include either turbo or wavy coulters. Hopefully this can lessen the delivery time to be able to use the drill this fall during planting season.
