Short Description: Oslo University Hospital HF has an annual energy consumption of around 300 GWh, and has an adopted goal to reduce annual energy consumption of 20 % (60 GWh) by 2030. Currently, it is in the economic long -term plan (ØLP ) Allocated 30 million annually until 2030 earmarked energy efficiency measures. Against this background, we would like to invite a dialogue conference to get input, among other things. On how the client can make necessary adjustments for a sustainable EPC contract, as well as how the client can design any competition in the best possible way. The overall objective is that risk must be owned by the party that has the best conditions for handling the individual risk element.
