Short description: The procurement concerns the development of a new phase contrast x-ray tomography setup (PxCT) in x-ray physics at the Department of Physics, NTNU. The PxCT setup will ensure further development of the x-ray physics group (xPG), NTNU. The new PxCT setup requires an x-ray source with very little focal point, high focus in focus and minimal focus to object distance. Nanofocus x-ray source with Pilatus 1M detector is expected to be "workhorse" in user designed experiments for high-resolution 3D imaging.
