The purpose of the procurement is the provision of the operational Copernicus Sentinels Ground Segment Operations Coordination Service (“Operation Coordination Service). The Operations Coordination Service encompasses all activities required to ensure the proper orchestration of the operations across the multiple services contributing to the Copernicus Ground Segment framework operations. It monitors the associated overall operations performance from planned instrument observations and satellite downlink activities to user-level data availability at the user data access interface. the Service operates, enhances and maintains, the End-to-End Technical and Public Dashboards, which provides the operational status and performances of the Copernicus Sentinels missions in real time. The Service maintains, improves, and updates the Coordinated Anomalies Management System (CAMS) and coordinates activities to respond to related concerns. The Operations Coordination Service comprises Mission and Services Specialist, who have in-depth technical knowledge of each sentinel Mission operated by ESA and the services comprising the Copernicus Ground Segment framework (Long Term Archive Services, Acquisition Services, etc. ) The Operations Coordination Service supports the Integration and Validation of new ground segment operational services, and assists in the on-boarding of the recurrent satellite units commissioning, establishing the test plan of activities and following their executi...
