Expression of Interest are invited for Haiti Country Private Sector Diagnostic (CPSD) Health Sector Deep Dive

The CPSD Phase II deep dives will assess the potential investment opportunities in the selected sectors, the constraints that need to be addressed to achieve this potential, and how the IFC can help overcome these constraints through investments, advisory services, and policy dialogue. The healthcare sector focusing on the medical supplies and medical insurance segments. The project will assess the key risks and constraints that need to be addressed to fully realize the full benefit of private health sector led interventions in the medical supplies and medical insurance segments, with suggested ways to mitigate these risks. Clear recommendations on policy, regulatory or systemic changes and/or implementation considerations that would unlock private sector investments are required. The assignment will be conducted in parallel and leveraging the work of IFC Haiti Health Care project, which assesses the health care system of Haiti and potentially viable business models.
