Scope The consultant will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
1. Assess, design and detail patio/administrative area (approximately 89sq ft)
2. Assess, design and detail reinforced concrete plinth to support 40ft reefer container.
3. Assess, design and detail a hybrid energy solution that utilizes a mix of wind and solar energy to power 40ft reefer unit.
4. Assess, design and detail renovation work to existing public rest room.
5. Assess, design and detail water harvesting and storage system
6. Assess, design and detail renovation work to entrance sign and surrounding walkway
7. Detail modification of works to sewer system.
8. Supervision of works contractor
