Hansel Oy has started the preparation of the Telecom operator services 2025-2030 framework arrangement competition. The goal is that, through the framework arrangement, you can acquire e.g. the following services belonging to the acquisition target: • Different mobile communications subscriptions - mobile phone network subscriptions (includingmachine and IoT interfaces) - IP and similar interfaces - etc. • Numbering solutions - various toll-free and paid number solutions - answer rings - etc. • Exchange, transmission and information systems - including integrations with systems • Customer service solutions - incl.including integrations with systems • Call forwarding services - outsourcing switchboard maintenance or customer service work in whole or in part - etc. • Framework arrangement services are supported by expert services and other services - bulk SMS services - expert services - etc. Frameworkthe users of the annoyance are the customers of Hansel Oy, who are connected to the framework arrangement in question. The goal is for the framework arrangement to enter into force in early 2025.
