The work consists of the following: Earthworks including topsoil stripping and excavation to embankment to rough grade proposed school site and build-up surrounding roadway subgrade (approximately 25, 000 m3 of Excavation to Embankment). Approximately 551m of 150mm, 300mm and 600mm diameter PVC water main, including associated valves and fittings, 4 hydrants and two connections to the City of Regina’s existing network at Gordon Road and Albulet Drive. Approximately 94m of 200mm PVC sanitary sewer and two manholes including an over-built manhole with drop structure over an existing sanitary sewer at Gordon Road. Approximately 61m of PVC storm sewer, with diameters varying from 250mm to 600mm. Includes the construction of 7 manholes and 15 catch basins, as well as a connection to the existing storm sewer at Gordon Road. Upgrades of Campbell Street to an urban collector cross-section from Gordon Road to the newly Proposed Simpson Avenue. Construction of Simpson Avenue to an urban collector cross-section.
