The purpose of this notice is to gather capabilities and market information pertinent for acquisition planning. The responses to this Sources Sought will contribute to determining the method of procurement and identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME This Sources Sought does not constitute a request for quotes or proposals. Submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:VA is seeking a Contractor to provide direct support for the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) Professional Development Program via program office support, competency development, and training support for the HTM Community. Contractor support must include the purchasing and/or development of commercial-off the-shelf (COTS), Government-off-the-shelf (GOTS), and/or tailored COTS/GOTS training and competency development products. The Contractor must provide training development and delivery, to include Contractor-led, government-led, and/or hybrid solutions. The Contractor must plan, develop, deliver, and manage required competency development offerings to enable the HTM community s drive to provide the best patient outcomes to the Veteran community. The Contractor must provide and manage the necessary tools to enable an effective HTM Professional Development Program in support of long-range, near-term, and emergent requirements.
