The client wants to switch to a cloud-based system as a SaaS solution, which can better integrate with yous other IT systems.

In this connection, the Ordering Party invites suppliers and potential tenderers to comment on and offer proposals for solutions to the design of the tender material. The following are focal points for the Ordering Party:

Whether the requirement specification provides unimpeded access for all interested partiesprepared to submit an offer
