Description : The Region of Waterloo (Region) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from companies specialized in Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe (PCCP) live inspection and condition assessment. This includes, but is not limited to, detection of leaks, air pockets, and broken steel prestressing wire wraps, and condition assessment reporting. In addition, the Vendor must be able to provide, install and maintain equipment for long term (10 year) live continuous monitoring of the PCCP watermain, to identify and locate individual wire breaks and leaks in near real-time.Please note this document is not a Request for Proposal but an initial supplier questionnaire for the purpose of identifying interested service providers Bid Document Access: Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge.
