The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources; Small Businesses; HUBZone small business; service-disabled, veteran-owned small business; 8(a) small business; veteran-owned small business; woman-owned small business; or small disadvantaged businesses; Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.

USDA ARS Daniel K. Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center in Hilo, HI has a requirement for a High Resolution Benchtop NMR Spectrometer that is equivalent to the Nanalysis 100 MHz Pro High Resolution Benchtop NMR Spectrometer 1H/19F/13C

Performance specifications and salient characteristics:

• 100 MHz NMR spectrometer

• Probe for 1D and 2D 1H experiments

• Probe for 1D and 2D 13C experiments

• Permanent magnet, no cryogens

• Internal 2H lock

• Resolution at least LW(50%) • Sensitivity at least 220 : 1 (1% Ethylbenzene, 1 scan)
